| SAME DAY ORDER & DELIVERY |

• We offer delivery service within Lower Mainland.
• We apologize for the inconvenience, but not all products are available for same-day delivery or pick-up. If you have a same-day order request, please contact us prior to ordering.
• Requests for same-day delivery end at 12pm daily (Vancouver time); all orders will be delivered no later than 6 pm.
• Same day delivery operation time from 9am-6pm (specific delivery time request no longer available )

Exceptional Circumstances: Severe weather or traffic delays may lead to a later delivery time.

• Local pick-up is available at 6000Mckay Ave, Burnaby, BC V5H 0Jk2, Canada.
• Pick-up times are from 10:30am-6pm (pick-up times may vary on holidays and seasons with higher-order demand such as Valentine’s Day, Graduation season, or Wedding season and scheduled events)
• Pick-up is by appointment only due to us being a strictly online-based flower shop.
• Kindly request an approximate pick-up time with us prior to your desired pick-up date. If for any reason something changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We can have most orders ready within 2days.
