VALENTINE’S DAY PICK-UP& DELIVERY /POLICY
[PICK-UP]
Pick-up Location: 6000 McKay Ave, Burnaby.
Our pickup location is at the entrance of 6000 McKay Ave. Please note that we are an online studio and do not operate a retail shop. Kindly locate the building number for pickup.
Pick-up Times:
- 13th: 11 am - 6pm
- 14th: 10 am - 7pm
Please note:
- We do not meet at your location or where you are parked. All pickups must occur at the designated pickup point.

Please call us with your order number(4digits) or name upon your arrival at 6000 McKay Ave, and our staff will come down to assist you. - Due to the high volume of calls, we may miss your call. If you're unable to reach us by phone, please text us at 236-868-9292 with your order information. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We won’t be able to send a pickup-ready notification, but your order will be ready on your selected pickup date. Please also mention your approximate pickup time: 10 AM–12 PM /1–3 PM/ 3–7 PM.
[DELIVERY]
All deliveries during the Valentine’s Day from the 13-14th will be completed by 6 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking for estimated arrival times. Kindly refrain from asking about the delivery arrival time.
We do not accept Same-Day Delivery orders for the 14th (please place an order by the 13th, 10 pm). While same-day pick-up orders are available for the 14th, please note that your selection may be limited.
If you have an urgent order, call us at 236-868-9292, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

Refunds
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.In the rare event that flowers arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at 236-868-9292.
Flowers are highly sensitive to their environment. Our policy allows exchanges or refunds only on the same day of pickup or delivery, as we guarantee their freshness at that time. We cannot be held responsible for any changes in condition after pickup.
To ensure the best experience, we recommend picking up or having flowers delivered on the same day they are needed. Unlike traditional flower shops, we do not store flowers for extended periods. Our floral designs are created under optimal conditions, and we thoroughly check their quality before they leave our care.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate complaints about flowers wilting earlier than expected or any issues arising after pickup.
Valentine’s Season Policy (Feb 10–14)
All orders placed for February 10–14 are FINAL SALE.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted during this period.
• If you are unable to pick up your order, we can issue store credit only for future purchases.
• We are not responsible for any false or misleading information provided by customers.
• Please review all policies and notices on our website before placing your order.
Delivery Policy
• If the driver fails to deliver your order (e.g., recipient is absent), the order will be re-delivered the next day with an additional delivery fee.
• We do not offer refunds if delivery cannot be completed on your selected date.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to recipient unavailability.
• Please double-check delivery details before placing your order.
• Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been processed.
Important Customer Information
• Please provide the correct sender’s email and contact information in case we need to reach you. If we are unable to contact you or receive no response to our requests, we will not be held responsible for any issues that arise.
• We do not attach receipts to your order.
Important Notice Before Placing an Order
While we have had overwhelmingly positive experiences with our wonderful customers, we have also encountered occasional challenges. To ensure a smooth experience:
• Our staff may request a text confirmation upon pickup.
• Our delivery drivers will capture photos upon delivery to document the flowers’ condition upon arrival.
For pickup orders, please inspect your flowers at the time of pickup and inform us immediately of any issues. Once pickup is complete, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. The responsibility then shifts to the person who picked up the order. Please do not call us after the pickup is completed regarding any issues.
