In the rare event that the flowers are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at 236-868-9292.

Flowers are highly sensitive to their environment. Our policy allows exchanges or refunds only on the same day of pickup and delivery, as the flowers are guaranteed fresh and without issues at that time. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or changes in condition after pickup.

We recommend picking up or having flowers delivered on the same day they are needed. Unlike traditional flower shops, we don't store flowers for extended periods. Our floral designs are crafted under optimal freshness conditions, and we ensure the flower conditions before they leave our care. Please understand that we cannot address complaints about flowers wilting earlier than expected or issues arising on your end.

Cancellations: Please note that we do not accept cancellations on custom orders . 

Customers must notify us at least 7days in advance for any changes or cancellations.For online orders , a payment service charge of $4.99 will be deducted.Please note that some products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Important Notice Before Placing an Order: While most of our experiences have been positive with wonderful customers, it's important to address some instances of challenges we've encountered.

To prevent such issues, our staff may request a text confirmation upon pick-up. Additionally, our delivery drivers will capture photos upon delivery, allowing us to assess the condition of the flowers upon arrival.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

For pick-up orders, please let us know of any issues during the pick-up itself. We won't be able to exchange or refund if problems are reported after the pick-up is done, as the responsibility then shifts to the person who picked up the order. Avoid calling us after the pick-up is completed. Thank you for your understanding!
